Where are all my music lovers at?? Get this. Imagine a place featuring many of today’s hottest artists, where you can experience music across a variety of genres for 2 days straight… The iHeartRadio music festival on the Las Vegas strip is where it was at this past weekend, people! Turns out I wasn’t there in the flesh. (Shocked, much??) But it was streamed across iHeartMedia across the country. And when I say there were big names in attendance, I mean BIG! I’m talking Halsey, Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys, and my current favorite, Camila Cabello😊 She hit the stage to sing her smash duet, ‘Senorita,’ sans Shawn Mendes, (unfortunately) as well as her two new songs, ‘Liar,’ and ‘Shameless.’ But before she sang her heart out, she walked the red carpet… You know what that means- fashion analysis!!

There’s no doubt about it. Camila has been in the headlines for the last little while- y’know… music, love life, fashion- and she is not going anywhere! Particularly on the fashion front if I may say so myself. She walked the red carpet in a gorgeous, iridescent, cream 2 piece, featuring shorts and a one sleeved top that boasted a poofy shoulder and a long sleeve. There was honestly something almost ethereal about it all. However, leave it to Camila to take it up a notch. To offset those feminine vibes, she chose to rock black, thigh high boots and a black leather choker with giant pearls. Punk rock meets classy and chic? Apparently. She finished off her look with a loose, high ponytail, bangs, and a sheer makeup look. Overall score? 10/10. Fabulous job, Camila!

The great thing about this look, is that it’s rather simple to translate to real life. True story. In my humble opinion, this look rides in large part on the significant contrast between black and white, or in this case, cream, and the rocker chick meets princess vibes. So how about this?? Take the Wonderwink Origins 5-pocket mock wrap scrub top in khaki and pair it with any pair of black scrub pants you already own in your closet. Like this you’ve got the contrast between light and dark going on, as well as the femininity, thanks to the mock wrap and the delicate, black piping around the neck. To give the look an edge, opt for a black choker, a high messy pony and a cool pair of nursing shoes. Come on, let’s make Camila proud!
