If I throw the word ‘bully’ out, what comes to mind? Surely not college educated, sophisticated adults, right?! Sure… Bullies belong on the playground or in middle school where they harass the weaker, smaller or perhaps ‘different’ students. Right?? RIGHT?!? Wrong....
