Account Management

How do I log in to my account?

Click on My Account, and enter your email address and password in the space provided in order to access your MSC account.

Oops! I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

No worries! There's an option on the log in page to have your password emailed to you in the event that you forget it. Click on it, enter your email address, and within moments you'll receive an email containing the password to your account.

I heard all about your fabulous promotions, how can I subscribe to receive your emails?

It's easy! Scroll down to the bottom of any page and enter your email address in the box provided. Click 'Sign Up' and watch as your inbox comes alive with news of all our incredible sales and promos.

In the event that you decide to part ways with us, there will always be an option at the bottom of all our emails to safely unsubscribe. We will be sad to see you go, though.

Orders

I'm having second thoughts about my order, can I change or cancel it?

Is there any way for me to check the status of my order?

If you have an account, simply log in. If you don't have an account, it's just too bad. Kidding! On the same log in page, there's an option to enter your email address and order number. That will pull up all the information you need. (And create an account. Please.)

I followed your instructions above and my order status is 'pending.' What does this mean?

All it means is that we're getting your order ready to ship. Patience, my dears!

Pricing

An item I just ordered is now on sale. Price adjustment? Pretty please!

Today is your lucky day. If it's a brand sale or a category sale, and within 7 days of placing your order, call us at 732.719.8600, and we'll be more than happy to make that adjustment for you.

I heard you offer a 100% price match guarantee. That's pretty cool! How does it work?

You heard right! Basically, if the item you wish to order is available through an alternate authorized retailer at a lower price, we will match that price, should the item meet certain criteria. Head on over to our Price Match Guarantee page for all the important details.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

We sure do! Let us know how much you'd like to spend and we'll send an e-gift card over to the email address of your choice. You'll find all the major details on our gift card page.

Payment

Is shopping at MSC safe?

Rest assured that shopping online at Medical Scrubs Collection is 100% secure. We use Authorize.Net, a gateway service provider which implements the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security system and allows us to safely accept your credit card payment. We accept PayPal as well; an SSL secured, online payment service.

Which forms of payment does MSC accept?

We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Sizing

There are so many different brands, how in the world will I know which size to purchase?

This is what we like to call a first world problem. We have the solution, though. Sassy Sue offers sizing tips along with size charts from each brand we carry. Read them through, and you'll have your size figured out in no time.

The MSC Reward Points Program

I was so excited to hear that you have a Reward Points System in place. How exactly does it work?
